At Mochi Chum™, your satisfaction and the quality of our products are extremely important to us! We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to help ensure your premium fishing bait arrives in excellent condition.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or in questionable condition, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Because Mochi Chum contains real ingredients and requires refrigeration, we take shipping delays and temperature-related concerns seriously. If your delivery is significantly delayed or your product arrives warm or compromised, please contact us before using it.

Yes! Just call us after placing your order and we can personally schedule your shipping. Overnight orders will be an extra charge.

Yes! You can always contact us and add a 1 ounce sample jar to your order for just $4.99 and we will send it anywhere within the United States. Must pay for sample and shipping.
